Testimonials

Over the past three years we have been fortunate to have Flow Society support us on a number of initiatives, including research projects, community consultations and dialogues, development of project summaries and reports, and a variety of outreach and key informant interview assignments. In all cases the work was done as planned and scheduled, and in many instances the work and methodologies that were employed exceeded our expectations.

We love working with Andrea and Diana at Flow! In particular, our collaboration on the NewtoBC Dialogue series connecting library and settlement staff with newcomers was an extremely meaningful experience. The Flow team brings immense care, thoughtfulness, and creativity to their work. They are deeply committed to serving communities and individuals, and that energy could be felt throughout this project and our other collaborations on settlement services and support.

FLOW created the orientation material for Her Mentors, a program that aims to support racialized newcomer women. They partnered with our team to create customized workshops and e-learning content. FLOW was part of the Advisory Committee in Her Mentors and their work demonstrated a genuine commitment to EDI and women empowerment. What differentiates FLOW is their collaborative approach, grounded in empathy and cultural awareness, showing care and dedication to understanding participants' specific needs.

How we do it

Collaborate

Flow Society is a collective of facilitators, resource developers, researchers and connectors working together to convene spaces and create resources for wellbeing, connection and collective learning.

Serve

We provide services for and with community and settlement teams, newcomers and any organization, group or individual who shares our values and commitment to more equitable and sustainable ways of working and being.

Co - Create

We engage leaders and community members to create projects that align with both practical needs and possibilities. Through accessible and creative engagement strategies, we strive to ensure that perspectives of those with lived experience are centered and that our services and resources are responsive to the people they are designed to help.
